Palate: very warm on the first taste, marked by plentiful alcohol. It develops with intensity, giving a sweet sensation on rich body. Powerful tannins, with a long, impressive finish. Match with food: knuckle of pork cooked Shanghai style. Comments: a warm wine with superb minerality and delicacy of expression.
