Visual aspect: a garnet-red hue with a dark purple tint.
Nose: powerful, on aromas of black cherry, scrubland and roasted cocoa bean. After swirling, a characteristic touch (blackberry, blackcurrant).
Palate: first taste and development are elegant and delicate, giving a smooth sensation and delightful flavours of black cherry towards to the finish, with tannin enveloped by the texture. Lovely woodiness and good quality maturation.
Match with food: rolled fillet of lamb with chickpea mousse.
Comments: a harmonious, lovely wine, which charms the palate with its fine balance.
