Visual aspect: garnet-red colour with purple shades. Nose: fine, elegant, blackcurrant liqueur, spices. Palate: supple, silky and ripe, marked by an unctuous fruity character, enhanced by a beautiful freshness. Firm finish with fine tannins, still fruity. Match with food: lamb leg and flageolet beans. Comments: a fine, fresh and flattering wine, that we can nevertheless enjoy in its youth.
