Visual aspect: deep red colour, purple tinges. Very brilliant. Nose: the first nose needs swirling. Second nose with power, floral, spices, minerality (flint). Palate: pure first taste. A lot of finesse with supple and melted tannins. Elegant retro-olfaction, with macerated fruits. Match with food: red meat with sauce; sheep's tomme of Larzac. Comments: balance between the tannins, the freshness and the fruit.
