Visual aspect: deep and brilliant ruby-red. Nose: very attractive, red fruits, a hint of roasting, toasted bread. The elegance of the fruit. Palate: wonderful balance, fatness, freshness and great magnificence, silky tannins. Great length with some spicy notes, marvellous. Match with food: rib of beef, roasted pigeon with buttery vegetables, veal with chanterelles. Comments: so greedy today!
