Visual aspect: black, purple tinge, nice intensity. Very marked tears. Nose: leather, black fruits, undergrowth, good complexity. Palate: cherry, black fruit, very concentrated tannins. Broad, silky palate. Nice length, very elegant wine. Match with food: prime rib of beef; dark chocolate mousse. Comments: high level! A wine with a good ageing potential. Beautiful expression of the Shiraz with a hint of Viognier.
