La Rose Pauillac

Visual aspect: an extremely vivid crimson hue with purplish tinges.
Nose: developing hints of roasting (dark chocolate, mocha) and aromas of black fruit (blackberry, elderberry).
Palate: superb, with well defined character and lovely ripe tannin. The finish is marvellously long.
Match with food: fillet of venison.
Comments: a really good wine made by a cooperative that offers perfect consistency in the quality of wines it produces.
