Blackberry liqueur, guinette. Light and pleasant ''marc'' side. Palate: fresh and straight first taste. Interesting volume. Very nice freshness, liquorice flavour until the end. Fine and elegant structure, with numerous tannins. Beautiful freshness with minerality. Match with food: tournedos rossini. Comments: to decant.
