Visual aspect: deep gold yellow colour, thick tears, interesting disk. Nose: woody, menthol, vanilla, toasty first nose. Lime tree infusion, camomile. Yellow-fleshed stone fruits (apricot), acacia. Notes of honey, broom, quince. Palate: broad, round. Beautiful volume, full, dense. Tangy freshness. Very nice length with apricot and mirabelle plum. Well-integrated and melted woodiness. Good balance. Match with food: risotto with ceps. Comments: a gastronomic wine.
