Visual aspect: dark garnet red hue ; velvet black. Nose: spices, geranium, rockrose. Palate: unctuous, developped, full, spicy. Match with food: Bigorre black pork stew; prime rib of beef with marrow cooked on the bone. Comments: very interesting.
