Visual aspect: beautiful crimson evolution, cardinal red, quite deep, clear disk. Nose: full, spicy, ripe, a beautiful bouquet. Palate: quite supple, nice acidity, ripe tannins. A lot of mild spices. Fruity mid-palate. Match with food: monkfish with red wine sauce; eel with persillade. Comments: a beautiful bottle which develops on fat dishes.
