Visual aspect: clear, very brilliant, glints of yellow gold. Nose: intense, rich, on ripe fruit, apricot, ginger, elegant, slightly toasty. Palate: sound, full-bodied, confirms the presence of the fruit, apricot, peach, unctuous, round, also a toasty aspect. Match with food: large prawns à la plancha, sweet and sour sauce, goat's cheese, preferably dry. Comments: unctuous wine and fat on the palate, a good finish.
