Visual aspect: pastel, very brilliant hue with green tinges, a lot of fine bubbles. Nose: the first nose is aromatic, fine, vegetable, with scents of lichen. Fine and refined second nose. Palate: generous, fresh, delicious, ample, dense, fruity. Long and harmonious aftertaste, apple of the Maine et Loire. Beautiful density. Match with food: crayfish soup with green peppercorn; crayfish quenelle with Nantua sauce. Comments: a refined and delectable wine.
