Visual aspect: radiant, deep yellow colour. Nose: aromatic, mineral, chalky, citrus, brioche. Palate: vivid, straight, concentrated first taste. Pure, integrated, powerful, with scents of candied lemon zest, pineapple, exotic notes, fresh hazelnut. Match with food: scallop carpaccio, langoustines with some berries , pineapple with grilled gambas. Comments: typical of its appellation, very nice wine.
