Palate: rich, well-balanced, with roundness and freshness in the aftertaste. Pleasant minerality, with aromas of crystallized quince, citronella, light smoky notes. Match with food: scallop carpaccio with crab meat. Comments: a beautiful wine for gastronomy, with a wonderful length. Very pleasant now but will improve in the coming years.
