Visual aspect: pale yellow with glints of bright green and grey, brilliant disc, tears present, limpid. Nose: box, lemon, lime, very agreeable, slightly buttery. Palate: confirms the nose, very fresh attack, good balance, clean, length 6 to 7 caudalies, hints of citrus fruit, mineral. Match with food: Dublin bay prawn and citrus fruit salad. Comments: a favourite ! Staying power and elegance.
