Visual aspect: amber yellow brilliant and clear colour. Nose: complex, fine and elegant. Notes of coconut, beautiful vanilla. As much exotic vanilla than vanillin. Palate: as powerful than round. The same elegance than the nose. The maturing in wood is perfectly mastered. Notes of roasting (cocoa, coffee) in the finish. Gourmet pairing: simply made for two. Comments: really pleasing. One of our favorites.
