Nose: very delicate, revealling fruity, (citrus), floral aromas and lactic hints.
Palate: pleasant, supple, typical of the appellation. Pure, it is sustained by marvellous minerality.
Accord mets-vin: roasted Turbot.
Commentaires: an excellent wine of great purity produced by passionate winemakers.
