Gamy scents of cured meat on the background. Fully mature. Palate: full body, with a sweet sensation of ripe dried fruits, sweet spices and warming alcohol. Polished tannins with a gentle acidity. The midpalate is generous, with sweet dried fruits, generous sweet spiciness and evolution notes of leather, cured meat, turned earth.
Saint-Émilion Grand Cru
Color: clear and bright, with a deep ruby core and light purple red rim. Nose: generous, with ripe dark spices, cassis jam and black cherry marmalade. Scents of dried violets, mint and savory herbs like bay leaf, licorice and spicy charred oak notes. Palate: high concentration, with good sense of freshness underneath. Tight sticky tannins and moderate fresh acidity. Slightly warming and spicy. The midpalate shows high concentration of flavor, with sweet ripe dark cherry, cassis, sweet spices like vanilla and cinnamon. Fine roasted oak and touch of evolution flavors.

Ripe red and dark plum, fine oak note of gentle vanilla and roasted wood, classic scents of cedar wood and aromatic herbs. Refined and very elegant. Palate: great combination of depth, concentration and freshness, with bright acidity and mouth filling clay like tannins. The midpalate is dense and full of ripe dark and red fruits, with a seamless sweetness complimented by fine roasted oak. Gentle sweet spices of cinnamon and slight evolution notes like cedar and tobacco adding complexity. Very good balance and length.

Color: clear and bright, with a deep ruby core and light purple red rim. Nose: fine and quite aromatic. Ripe sweet cassis, black plum with generous sweet spice like clove and cinnamon. Fine purity with a floral grace of violet. Earthy scents of cinnamon bark, cedar wood and woodland scents. Palate: bit more generous and fruit driven than 2018, with polished tannins and gentle acidity just adding necessary freshness. Slightly warming alcohol. The midpalate is rich and sweet, with ripe dark plum and cherry, in combination with sweet spices and roasted wood notes. Warming and spicy finish.

Color: clear and bright, with a deep ruby core and light purple blue rim. Nose: very fine, with purity of dark small berries like blueberry and cassis, supported by well-balanced sweet spiciness and roasted wood notes. A savory note of sage and bay leaf adding freshness. Aeration reveals roasted coffee bean and scent of licorice. Still very youthful nose. Palate: generous and full body, but with good sense of freshness and dense sandy textured tannins. Slightly warming alcohol. The midpalate shows density of fleshy ripe dark cherry, plum and cassis with sweet spices. Roasted oak notes and savory flavor of dried mint. Opulent but well-balanced, with freshness and good length.

Finely roasted wood note, with a cooling freshness of eucalyptus and mint. Sweet spices like clove and cinnamon on the background. Palate: very good tension and bright freshness on the attack, with tight chalky tannins and crisp acidity. The midpalate shows high concentration of dark sweet fruits and cassis jam, supported by fine oak note of charred wood and vanilla. Fresh cooling notes of mint. Very good balance already with great brightness of fruit and freshness.
