Color: golden hue, very fine bubbles. Nose: expressive, starting with red berries, then evolving towards pear, apple, and hints of anise, developing into infusion notes (linden, chamomile). Palate: fine, ample, powerful, and indulgent. Flavors of pomegranate and red fruits. Strong structure, straight, with more complex aromas after retro-olfaction. Exceptional finish. Pairing: roasted rack of lamb with thyme. Comment: a magnificent bottle crafted by talented winemakers.
