Palate: beautiful attack, where the indulgence of pear and apricot is prominent. Intense freshness, with peppery notes. A beautiful length and roundness. Pairing: gambas and avocado with mild spices; salmon ceviche. Comment: beautiful house and wonderful discovery. A chardonnay for an entire meal. One of our favorite.
