Champagne Frerejean Frères
Color: pale pink hue, with fine, fast-moving bubbles. Clear and brilliant. Nose: lively, clean, open, and indulgent. Fruity, on berries and red fruits (cherry). Palate: smooth on the attack, with very fine bubbles. Nice balance, with intense, aromatic fruit. Pairing: sea bass or turbot with sauce vierge; osso bucco. Comment: a gastronomic rosé. Can be cellared for up to 3 years, but also enjoyable right away.
