Color: very bright yellow, clear and transparent. Silvery reflections. Nose: pleasant, with great intensity. Floral notes dominate. Very elegant, with a hint of yellow fruits. Palate: crisp and fresh on the attack. The floral character gives way to citrus with great finesse. A mineral finish. 5 to 6 caudalies. Pairing: langoustines with Quercy saffron. Comment: a delicate white wine where Semillon brings elegance and sauvignon adds a touch of indulgence.
