Les Terroirs de Suravenir
Color: deep garnet. Nose: black fruits, vanilla, tobacco, musk, and coffee. Finish marked by liquorice. Palate: bold and powerful attack, with intense oaky notes, morello cherries, and blackberry. Firm tannins that will soften with time. Long finish. Pairing: venison stew with butter-sautéed potatoes. Comment: a lovely wine with generous aromas. Well-rounded with excellent tannin balance. Can be enjoyed from 5 to 15 years.
