Nose: bright and aromatic nose, with candied lemon and grapefruit, notes of English candy, spicy scents of white pepper and preserved ginger. Aeration reveals aromatics of white-fleshed peach and hint of red rhubarb. A nose full of fresh primary notes. Palate: very good bite and precision on the attack with a mouthwatering acidity delivering great sensation of freshness and sapidity within a light-bodied frame. The midpalate is precise and crisp with good intensity of fresh pink peach, grapefruit, zesty citrus, complemented with a spicy character of ginger and white pepper, good persistence with clean and slightly saline finish. Comment: a fresh and lively rosé for the summer season and great to enjoy with a fresh tomato carpaccio served with a creamy burrata and salty anchovy on the top.
