Color: clear and bright, with a pale golden color and a light greenish rim. Nose: very fresh, with fine purity of yellow plum jam, dried apricot and spiced apricot marmalade. Gentle sweet spice like vanilla, lightly caramelised butter and fresh hazelnut. Palate: good freshness and warming spices like cinnamon and dried ginger, candied lemon and apricot, white blossom honey, fresh and clean finish.
