Color: clear and bright, with a moderate golden-amber color and a light greenish rim. Nose: a good combination of freshness, fruitiness and evolution, with dried apricot, yellow plum marmalade, sweet spice like vanilla and cardamom. Just a touch of wood like gently charred wood. Aeration reveals caramel and honeyed citrus scents. Palate: very smooth and elegant, without any harshness, with dried apricot, plum and yellow apple, notes of apricot marmalade, a touch of vanilla and lightly caramelised butter. Smooth and moderately long finish.
