Color: yellow with very deep golden highlights and fine bubbles. Nose: brioche, coffee and candied citrus notes. Palate: straight attack with tension and mid-palate minerality. Very gourmet, with candied citrus (orange). A long finish. Pairing: lobster with parsley sauce. Comment: a Champagne for ageing that can be enjoyed now, but recommended to keep 10–15 years for full potential.
