Color: very pale, green reflections. Nose: fine, slightly iodized, cotton flower, sakura, apple, white peach, exotic fruits, cereals, fresh almond. Palate: fresh, light bitterness, acidity, apple. Lychees, banana, pineapple, vegetable, saline. Nice sweetness, very nice texture. Final on the umami. Pairing: white fish with butter sauce; roast chicken stuffed with rice and saffron. Comment: very elegant, balanced. Very nice tasting sake, surprisingly delicate. Served chilled.
