Color: beautiful pale green color, silver reflections. Limpid, long and fine tears. Nose: clean first nose, very aromatic, boxwood, orange, peach, white flower. Second nose with pear. Palate: attack with a beautiful vivacity which reveals aromas of white flowers and a finish of a sweet salinity. Pairing: grilled gilthead sea bream with parsley zucchini; sole with lemon. Comment: good length and freshness. Age 3-5 years.
