Color: orange-yellow, fine bubbles. Nose: pleasant, nice power. With candied notes, jammy blackcurrant, kirsch-infused cherry. Palate: nice acidity, frank, fruity and balanced. Lemon, kalamansi, candied fruit, floral, hint of biscuit. Note of white pepper. Chalky, sapid and long finish. Pairing: marinated duck fillets with raspberries. Comment: a very nice vintage, well balanced. A lovely discovery for this gourmet cuvee.
