Color: beautiful salmon pink color, very fine bubble. Nose: pleasant, spicy, with red and exotic fruits, citrus fruits. Palate: with bright red fruit. Beautiful roundness, very structured. Pairing: veal filet mignon; red fruit dessert. Comment: a very nice discovery for this meal champagne.
