Champagne Mailly Grand Cru
Color: golden to amber hue, shiny reflection. Nose: undergrowth, peppery, fresh. Palate: fresh, bright, full. Very nice aromatic. Pairing: capon with truffle sauce. Comment: ready to drink, but still with great potential for evolution. A Blanc de Noirs, whose wood vinification already gives it a beautiful fullness with plenty of room for ageing.
