Color: gold, green reflection. Nose: very complex, floral, spicy. Evolution on the truffle. Palate: fresh and delicious attack. Fine and delicate finish. Pairing: braised sweetbreads with truffles. Comment: a great Champagne wine. One of our favorite! Age 10 years.
