Color: pale gold, clear. Nose: intense, dominated by beautiful autolytic notes (brioche, biscuit), with a hint of citrus (yellow lemon). Palate: high acidity and high aromatic intensity, dominated by autolytic aromas of biscuit and brioche. Pairing: seafood in sauce; creamy cheeses. Comment: a very good, balanced Champagne, dominated by secondary aromas. Ready to be enjoyed, but with good ageing potential for more evolved notes.
