Color: brilliant garnet. Pale rim showing evolution with brown reflections. Nose: very intense black fruit, very rich and generous, with sweet spices. Palate: clean, direct attack, with lovely generosity. Crunchy black fruit and attractive spicy notes. A beautiful backbone and still lively tannins. Pairing: roasted duck on the carcass with reduced cranberry jus. Comment: excellent potential. The wine is still young and needs a little more time to integrate.
