Nose: still youthful yet already refined, revealing notes of lemon, grapefruit, white peach and citrus blossom, underpinned by an almost smoky, stony minerality. Palate: impressively focused and precise. A chiselled texture, ripe acidity and mineral tension are beautifully balanced. The finish is long, saline and zesty. Pairing: serve with roasted turbot and lemon beurre blanc. Comment: shows superb ageing potential.
