Santa Rita, Casa Real 2021

This cuvee showcases the intensity and unique character of Chilean Cabernet, marked by fresh blackcurrant notes. Featuring powerful yet high-quality aging, this wine will benefit from at least another 5 years of patience.

 

Montes Muse 2021

Maipo Valley : 94/100
While it carries distinctive notes of fresh blackcurrant, this wine also offers subtle layers of dried flowers and an exquisite oak profile. Despite the intensity of its aging, the fruit remains vibrant, with exceptional ripeness. A highly representative and beautifully crafted cuvée.

 

Le Petit Clos 2021, Domaines Bournet-Lapostolle

Apalta : 94/100
Balanced and accessible in its youth, this cuvee has a velvety texture that brings elegance to its enticing fruit, complemented by a refined, fresh oak character and a subtle acacia blossom fragrance. The wine combines density with charming layers of finesse and lightness.

 

Seña 2022, Viña Seña

Aconcagua Valley: 96/100
This wine captivates with its density and concentration. Cedar notes dominate, and the tannic structure is firm, precise, and of the highest quality. Its impressively long finish showcases vivid power, balanced by freshness—a wine built for exceptional aging.

 

VIK 2021

Cachapoal Valley (Millahue) : 97/100
Undeniably one of Chile’s finest cuvées! A rich concentration of fruit brings a lush mouthfeel, seamlessly complemented by high-quality oak and ripe black fruit, revealing a superb tannic presence. The finish is long and powerful, with a refreshing lift that perfectly balances the wine. Ideally, wait at least 7 years to enjoy it fully.
 

Clos Apalta 2021, Domaines Bournet-Lapostolle

Apalta : 97/100
Intensity, complexity, and typicity define this Chilean icon. Concentrated with tannins that are present yet fine despite their youth. The long finish is refreshing, with mint and cigar box notes, which will evolve beautifully with time. Ideally, wait 5 years, although this cuvée promises a much longer aging potential.

 

Viñedo Chadwick 2022, Viña Seña

Puente Alto, Maipo Valley : 98/100
An exceptional cuvée balancing freshness, spice, and fruit. Its impressive concentration is beautifully wrapped in freshness, with tannins that are remarkably fine and precise. Those who enjoy fresh tobacco notes will be captivated by this wine’s extraordinary potential.

Nicolas Catena Zapata 2021

Mendoza : 92/100
A wine that plays on freshness, set to gain in complexity over time, with developing notes of chocolate and mint. Best enjoyed in 2 years.

 

Cheval des Andes 2021

Mendoza : 94/100
A wine with impressive length, featuring a delightful zestiness and spiciness that bring a lively tension to its finish, balancing the alcohol beautifully.

 

Finca Canal Uco, Zuccardi 2021

Paraje Altamira, Mendoza : 95/100
This cuvee is full of intensity and concentration, showcasing juicy black fruits that bring both density and freshness. The fine tannins are fresh and well-defined, finishing with roasted coffee and a hint of mint for an admirable final lift of freshness.



Cobos 2021, Viña Cobos

Mendoza : 97/100
Undoubtedly one of Argentina’s greatest cuvees! The balance of concentration, fruit, oak, and freshness is close to perfection. The tannic structure offers power and complexity. Although it can age further, it already exhibits elegance. Cedar and fresh tobacco notes are particularly enticing.

 

Catena Zapata, Adriana Vineyard

Mundus Bacillus Terrae, Mendoza : 98/100
From start to finish, this wine unfolds numerous nuances with remarkable consistency. Its textural play and complex, striking aromas are matched by a powerful yet finely structured tannin profile, with an interminable freshness that lends harmony amid layers of complexity. Featuring notes of cacao, blackcurrant, licorice, and mint, alongside floral and herbaceous accents, this 100% Malbec is an undeniable icon.
